Should I trademark my name or logo?

What impression do you make? When the dust settles, and we have a moment to stop hustling and reflect, most of the businesses that gain our respect, loyalty and money do this. They impact us. They provide solutions and their existence in our lives, make things better. This businesses leave a mark on us that keep us coming back over and over again. Ultimately, I think this is what that dreaded b-word, branding, is all about. What type of impact does your business hope to have and how can everything you put out in the world convey that message? . In the next few weeks, we will slightly shift our focus from business names to logos, designs, systems, and the other elements we use to leave an impression on our audience, while answering the question, "how can the law protect my mark?"
